Adedipo is a solicitor with diverse experience. He has advised clients from start-up firms, established companies, non-profit organization, offshore foundation and government agencies. He is well experienced in corporate and commercial practices, property and real estate. He combines transactional and dispute resolution practice effectively. He is also an expert in entertainment, media and intellectual property having worked at the Lagos Film Office, he worked on proposals and projects between the Agency, international organizations and Lagos State Government.

Fola is an all-round commercial solicitor whose active legal practice has established a reputation for him as a thoroughbred practiced solicitor and advocate capable of handling extremely complex matters. He was solely responsible for cases ranging from debt recovery on behalf of banks, to land related litigations involving high net-worth individuals and notable political figures. He was responsible for striking out high profile cases at the court of appeal on behalf of some financial institutions. Fola is thoroughly trained in the finesse of Commercial and Corporate Law Practice. He has to his credit the preparation of several company acquisition legal paper works, including but not limited to Share Sale Agreements, to Company Sale Agreements, dealings with the Corporate Affairs Commissions and vigorous legal research. In the Practice of Trust and Administration of Estate, he handles several preparations of Wills and Codicils and obtaining of Letters of Administration for clients. He presently handles matters for clients in the Insurance Industry, downstream oil and gas sector, and financial sectors amongst others. When Fola is not working, he loves swimming and listening to jazz music.

Prince Issa Adedokun

Prince Adedokun was the Chairman of Young Lawyers’ Forum NBA Ikeja, Lagos and a past Assistant-Secretary of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos, Ikeja Branch. He attended both University of Ado- Ekiti, Ekiti State where he obtained Diploma in Law with a Distinction and LL.B (Hons). He also attended the University of Lagos where he obtained his Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) and was called to the Bar in 2011. He did his mandatory youth service with the firm of Adeniyi Akintola, SAN & Co in the year 2011 and was retained thereafter until the year 2013 before setting up his own legal consultancy firm. He is at the moment undergoing his Doctoral research in Private and Property Law at the School of Post-graduate Studies University of Lagos, Akoka. Mr. Adedokun is a Human Right Activist who has carved a niche for himself in providing free legal services to the less privileged and has handled several pro bono cases for less privileged Nigerians in a bid to promote prison decongestion, human rights and quick access to justice. He has dedicated his life to promoting unity and patriotism in Nigeria and across the globe.
During his Masters programme at the University of Lagos, he won to his credit a Postgraduate award in the University of Lagos and was seconded to the Commercial and Industrial Law Department by the University as a Graduate/Teaching Assistant with particular schedule of duties on Law of Contract. He was a Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Abugu, Professor C. K Agomo and Dr. A.M Sani of the Commercial and Industrial Law Department, Faculty of Law, University of Lagos between 2013 and 2014.
He currently lectures Law at the Lagos State Polytechnic, School of Part-Time studies, Ikorodu, since 2012, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) Greenvine centre, Lagos State, Ronik Polytechnic Ejigbo, Lagos State and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Greenvine centre, Lagos State.
He is also an astute and ingenious advocate who specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation and has successfully engaged in the business advisory spectrum, especially in Corporate, Labour law, Electricity, Oil and Gas Transactions and criminal law. His career history speaks much to his level of experience. He is a strong advocate for youth development and passionate about public service and community development. He is a member of Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA).
